- interruption of operations.
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, cyberattacks, transportation disruptions, governmental actions or supplier failures.
15. EXPORT COMPLIANCE
Customers are responsible for compliance with all import, export and sanctions laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
